Here you will find items to nurture and restore the mind and ones emotions.

We are constantly living a fight flight state and need to get back to parasympathetic state.  Our emotions not only impact our mood, feelings, but our relationships and our health and wellbeing.

The items here in the thoughtful pantry are either crafted by us oiligraphics to support our emotional wellness or items we feel to help others and teen girls especially who we need to help equip them with tool box essentials.
